We are a subscription service that provides our subscribers with access to convention footage, motion pictures, television shows, and other audio-visual entertainment streamed over the Internet to Internet-connected devices, including computers, smartphones, tablets, televisions, and other devices. The Website, our video services, our content library, our applications that interface with the Website, our player for viewing the content library, and any other features, tools, materials, or other services offered from time to time by CONtv or on the Website are referred to collectively as the “CONtv Service.”

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information, including your “Personal Information” (i.e., information that can be used to uniquely identify or contact you), that we may collect from you or that you may provide, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. 1.    CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

You can review and change your Personal Information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Please be aware that if you delete your User Contributions from the CONtv Service, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other CONtv Service users.
